SM City Cebu, Now A WiFi Zone!

Yes, that’s right. Just like some SM Malls in Luzon, SM City Cebu is also now a free WiFi zone (together with some SM malls in Visayas). That’s a very big good news especially now that the number of people having laptops, PDAs, iPhones, PSPs and other WiFi-enabled devices is increasing. SM City Cebu’s becoming a WiFi zone would attract more people to shop there and avail of the free internet service.
July 31, 2009 is the official launch of SM City Cebu’s WiFi. Cebu Bloggers Society is once again there to witness and cover the event.

Senator Manny Villar Surely Knows How To Tickle The Youth

As an avid fan of TV commercials, I always remember those catchy and jingly ones. The tunes of such commercials even tend to hang on my mind on blank moments. And on happy moments too. 
The recent Akala Mo TV ad (or ehem, political capaign) of Senator Manny Villar is really cool. Yeah, I personally think it is cool. But what I mean with cool is the music, the commercial design, the art, the concept and many more. Only those actually.

University of the Philippines in the Visayas – Cebu College (UPVCC) brings everyone COOKOUT 2009. This event will be on August 7, 2009 on UP Cebu grounds (Lahug, Cebu City) and will start at 6PM until early morning the following day. Cookout 2009 is free for UPians and Php50 for non-UPians.

For every week in August, a set of movies is to be released worldwide. July seemed to be a very busy month for movies as shown by the loud buzz about Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Ice Age 3 and Transformers 2. So what’s in August’s package? The likes of G.I. Joe, Shorts, Bandslam and The Final Destination among others would surely tickle your pockets. Ok, you get what I mean, don’t you?

Pardon me of my childishness but fantasy movies always make me wanna go out from reality and live on the realm where extraordinary things could happen. This coming 2010, two fantasy movies will come out to stimulate our imaginations and make us want to jump out from this ordinary world.
Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief back to back with The Last Airbender (coming out July 2010) will be on theaters worldwide next year. I am quite excited. Maybe you are not?
