New music: Jordan Knight’s Unfinished

I just discovered new music and it’s from American singer-songwriter Jordan Knight. He sounds young in his upbeat songs but he is actually already 40+ years old. He was once a member of a band called New Kids on the Block. It sounds familiar but I really don’t know the band.

I think you might have heard the lead single of his latest album, Unfinished, playing around anywhere. The single, Let’s Go Higher, was charted 48 on the Billboard 200 in the USA.

Legend of the Guardians Soundtrack — Listen & Download

Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga’Hoole is not only awesome because of its adventure-filled story or amazing 3D effects. Part of why I like it is because of the choice of soundtrack and musical score.

Featured in the film is Owl City‘s To the Sky. The song sounded like any other feel-good Owl City piece of music but it is intended (the lyrics) for the movie. The song played in the happy parts as well as during the closing credits.

Jonathan Groff In Glee’s Bohemian Rhapsody

One of the most exciting things I’ve ever done…” tells Jonathan Groff pertaining to Glee‘s production of Bohemian Rhapsody. This is a continuation of my Bohemian Rhapsody mania started with this post. I state it again and again, Vocal Adrenaline’s production of the song and Groff’s outstanding (yet coined heartless) solo performance is a stand out.

I couldn’t agree more to what the people in the video said. Groff, though admitting he isn’t a trained dancer, did his moves well. Jesse St. James is a well-played Glee character. I believe he deserves to be part of the next season. I vote Groff over Charice. If only I have that power.
