Yes, unfortunately, the blog has been down for around 5 days already. It started with a trouble in the web host’s servers then with the restoration of outdated files and database version then lastly with wrong data/file permissions. It’s really a troublesome experience — I’ve been holding all my frustration and anger lest I blow it out to the technical support of my web host.
Their customer service reply time is good BUT their technical support is poor and they don’t strive for highest quality in service. I’m not leaving this web host (maybe yet) but I just hope they improve the way they deal with their customers. They weren’t even grateful I was the one who looked up for a solution in the Internet leading to the solving of the problem.
