“One of the most exciting things I’ve ever done…” tells Jonathan Groff pertaining to Glee‘s production of Bohemian Rhapsody. This is a continuation of my Bohemian Rhapsody mania started with this post. I state it again and again, Vocal Adrenaline’s production of the song and Groff’s outstanding (yet coined heartless) solo performance is a stand out.
I couldn’t agree more to what the people in the video said. Groff, though admitting he isn’t a trained dancer, did his moves well. Jesse St. James is a well-played Glee character. I believe he deserves to be part of the next season. I vote Groff over Charice. If only I have that power.
Ivan Anthony Dorschner or more commonly known as Ivan Dorschner (Ivan Dorsner) by his fans, is one of the lucky Pinoy teens that made it to the Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Clash of 2010. Ivan is only half-Pinoy but he is part of the so called “Pinoy Teens” group and not of the “Teenternationals”. This 19 year-old guy came from Los Angeles, California, is a college student majoring in Bioscience and is trying out his luck in the showbiz and modelling scene. He describes himself as a down-to-earth person. He also is into photography and editing, Harry Potter, and is a proud boy scout himself.
PBB: Teen Clash of 2010 is about to end and Ivan Dorschner (Ivan Dorsner) luckily is part of the Big 6. Now it’s time for his followers and fans to join forces and make him win the title as the PBB Teen Big Winner. Why vote for Ivan Dorschner? Many people argue that Ivan is famous just for his looks and body. He can’t sing well, dance well. But PBB is not a talent search, but a reality TV show. Maybe people have shifted their mindset about PBB being a talent show well after Kim Chiu and the rest made big hits in showbiz. True, but there’s always a room for improvement. In the TV program, many have seen Ivan’s consistency in his actions and personality, his strong camaraderie with his house mates and his competitiveness.
How to vote for Ivan Dorschner (Ivan Dorsner):
June 26, 2010 will be the big night. A few days are left for fans to vote for Ivan to make him the Teen Big Winner. To vote through your mobile phone, text BB IVAN and send it to 2331 for Globe, Touch Mobile and Sun and to 231 for Smart and Talk and Text subscribers. TFC subsribers can vote for Ivan Dorschner (Ivan Dorsner) through the link provided.
Today, I finished off the Akihabara@DEEP special. I don’t want it to end but Japanese dramas are short-lived.
Akihabara@DEEP is a story about 6 otakus (namely: Box, Taiko, Akira, Page, Izm & Daruma) grouped together by an internet figure named Yui-san. Together, they keep the lively city (にぎやかな都会) of Akihabara in Japan safe from evil and the deeds of their nemesis, Nakagomi. ぼくはいつか日本にいきます。
The series is composed of 11 episodes and a special. I started watching it when Mikyu suggested it to me. I’m on a lookout for Japanese drama/anime/songs right now so I could enhance my Nihongo skills. But I loved this series not because it is in Japanese but because it really is good. I wonder why it never reached the Philippines…
