Together with other members of Cebu Bloggers Society and some media from Cebu, I attended the Intel Cebu Blogger Workshop last September 9, 2010 at the Marriott Hotel in Cebu City. Simply put, the hour-plus workshop tackled the topic on how to choose the right PC for you.
In college, I was the type of Computer Science student who didn’t care about computer specs too much — as long as my program runs smoothly, then it’s good to go. I avoid the processor-driven topics. My mom usually asks but I just scratch my head. That is why the Intel event is my saving grace. And that is why I willingly chose to attend it.
Discussed in the workshop are the basics of a computer system with highlights on processor and RAM topics. The main topic focused on choosing the right PC for every kind of individual. There is no perfect PC for everyone. Each one carries a different personality up his sleeve. Therefore, our PC needs vary from one another too.
Now let’s see what kind of PC suits us. A PC for every personality.
