Video Clips From The Festival Of The Lion King

It’s always good to look back to your childhood even when you’re already, uhm, 20. While Mikyu bombarded me with Lion King music, I suddenly remembered my kept files in a CD. No it’s not some other stuff but are video clips that I took when we went to Hong Kong last 2007.

There is a show in Disneyland called The Festival of the Lion King, a short musical live show of the Disney classic The Lion King. It was really great, and sometimes funny that I endured holding the digital camera for some time. I actually got tired so you would see how shaky the video is.

The clips are divided and you wouldn’t see the whole show here because… I’m a lazy person. I didn’t record the whole show. Anyways, enjoy the tidbits.

Opening of The Festival of the Lion King

Scar and the hyenas, dancing

Hakuna Matata! With a very big Timon and Pumba HAHA

Can you feel the love tonight… The peace the evening brings.

Scar and the hyenas versus Simba. Rarr!

Circle of Life. One of my favorites because of the choreography.

The Festival of the Lion King – Finale. Done!

Those are the only clips I have for The Festival of the Lion King. It brings back good memories.

I apologize if you are experiencing a mild headache now because of the shakiness of the videos. I myself experienced a headache once while watching the clips.

Hope you enjoyed the clips as much as I do. Hope I can go back there soon. :???:

Yeah I know that fact for some theaters in USA but in Disneyland Hong Kong, I think they’re okay with it. There has been no warnings not to take any video prior to the show. Besides, YouTube has loads of similar clips as the one I have above. :D

Beauty and the Beast is great but I have no memories whatsoever of seeing it.
